Gateway HR and Training Ltd was established in 2007 by Managing Director, Emma Wynne.  Her vision, to provide a professional, personable service dedicated to helping employers overcome the HR challenges that play a major role in developing a business.

Skip forward to today and Gateway HR’s team has over 70 years of combined HR, training and coaching experience.  Every member of our team shares a passion for helping businesses get the best from their people.  Our combined experience, skills and knowledge make us the ideal partner for anyone wanting to improve their business performance.

Our Community Matters

We don’t just ‘do the right thing’ by our clients.  Our local community is also at the top of our priority list!

A number of our team members are trustees for local charities and giving back to our communities is so important to us, each year we support a nominated charity.  This charity will benefit from free or substantially reduced training or coaching sessions, discounted HR services and in our amazing fundraising efforts!

This year has been a bit unusual to say the least, so the nature of our support has been equally out of the ordinary! In addition to our offer of access to online training, our support included a number of fitness videos for the incredible Teamwork Trust recorded by Lead Performance Coach, Graham Ravenscroft, during lockdown.
