Poonam joined the Gateway Team as an Associate Coach in early 2021. With over 15 years’ experience in the HR field, Poonam’s key specialism is in the psychology of human behaviour & she regularly uses this ability to help individuals make the necessary mindset shifts to navigate various personal and work challenges.

Poonam holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, is an ILM accredited Master Coach and is also a Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming! Outside of work, Poonam is a mum of four -her two beloved children, Codi the puppy & her newest arrival, Smudge the bunny! She also loves interior design, makeup & shopping!
