Charlotte holds a CIPD Level 3 Certificate in HR Support and has her eye on the Level 5 CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management. In her spare time, Charlotte’s passion is live music and it takes something major, like a pandemic, to prevent her from making her annual pilgrimage to the Reading Festival!
