Once again, we invite you to come and join us at what promises to be another inspiring and informative event for all those involved in the world of People Management and Development. Whether that is as someone working in HR or Learning and Development, or as a business owner or line manager keen to continually learn.

We have an incredible line up of speakers as detailed below, who will be delivering sessions that will give you plenty to think about, implement and in many cases inspire change.

This year we are delighted to welcome the following speakers:

Bev Thorogood, TEDx speaker and author of ‘The Business of Menopause’ and Founder of Floresco Training. Making the decision to resign from the Ministry of Defence at the age of 52, Bev has gone on to build a successful business partnering with organisations including Channel 4, The Royal Air Force, Southampton University and The London Clinic (among many others) to raise awareness of the impact of menopause on working women.

Graham Irons – Partner Howes Percival, Employment Law – recognised in the Legal 500 as having “a deep knowledge of UK employment law” and providing “practical and creative advice”. Graham is a regular speaker at a range of events and has a reputation for delivering fun and practical seminars and training. In his session he will be sharing some of the cases and trends their employment team have seen in 2022 and what he thinks 2023 will hold for employers.

Woosh RazaFounder of Woosh Ltd and Host of the Rainbows and Bullsh*t podcast – Woosh is a prolific campaigner and keynote speaker in all things ED&I, having spent the last decade heading up HR functions across a range of different organisations and co-chairing the CIPD Central London Committee. Woosh helps unlock employees’ authentic potential at work, through developing a culture of true inclusion where people feel they truly belong.

We will also be hearing from Dean Shields, Associate Director Supply Chain and Capability Network Lead, from MSD a global leader in researching, developing and supplying new medicines and vaccines that prevent and treat diseases in both humans and animals. MSD are recognised across the UK as being leaders in the world of diversity and inclusion, ensuring their culture gives everyone a sense of belonging. Dean will be joined by Gateway’s Neurodiversity specialist, Hayley Brackley to share the work they have been doing in this key area.

And that’s not all, as these amazing speakers will be joined by CEO of Service Six, Claudia Hardy and fellow team members Emma, Gemma and Pep who will be sharing the Ten Keys to Happiness!

Tickets are £75 each (inclusive of VAT) and include a delicious two course lunch and refreshments throughout the day. There will also be a raffle and lots of opportunities for networking!

How can we fit all this into one day you may ask – well, we are nothing if not ambitious!!

All profits from this event will be going to our Charity of the Year Service Six.
