As the name suggests, our Peace of Mind subscription is designed to give you the reassurance you need to handle your HR matters with confidence. You may be new to having employees, or you may have lots of employees but no HR team to advise you. You may even have your own HR team who want a sounding board without the price tag of a solicitor. Whatever the size of your business, our Peace of Mind subscription gives you all of the HR tools you need to stay out of trouble, choose the right employees and develop them properly.
We have three levels of subscription so you can choose the package and cost that suits your business best. If you’re worried about being tied into a long-term contract, don’t be! Our clients are with us because they want to be not because they have to be. All we ask from our clients is that they give us 3 months’ notice.
All our packages include access to our HR helpline, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. This gives you the reassurance of having one of our experienced, CIPD qualified HR team members, always ready to help you at the end of the phone. You also have access to a number of key HR documents, ‘how-to’ guides and other useful resources, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via our online HR Hub.
If you are looking to increase and/or develop your workforce, our Enhanced package may be what you are looking for, with new employee paperwork and training credits included in the subscription. Our Optimum package also includes a subscription to Breathe|HR, a cloud based employee management system which we will setup for you and use to provide you with useful reports on sickness, finance, time logs and so much more…..
