Our fully outsourced HR Consultant Service is for those looking for a more proactive approach to HR and provides you with your own dedicated HR Consultant, together with access to the experience and expertise of our entire HR team.

You will benefit from an experienced, fully qualified HR Consultant, helping you put effective people management systems and processes into place.  Your HR Consultant will work with you to devise an annual HR Strategy that will underpin the work they do for you.  Of course, they and the rest of the team are on hand to work on any other HR matters that you feel take priority during the year. This service works on a rolling monthly basis, with the majority of clients choosing 1 or 2 days of HR support per month (although of course, you can choose to have more or less).   You can use these hours exactly as you wish, with your HR Consultant either working on site or virtually from our own office.

In addition to the above, you will have access to telephone support from our wider HR Team via our HR Helpline. You will also be given a login to our amazing HR Hub, which contains a comprehensive collection of employee related letters, forms and templates, ‘how-to’ guides and a range of other useful resources.

You will also have the option to subscribe to Breathe|HR, a cloud-based HR system to support all aspects of employee data management, including sickness and annual leave.  From this, your HR Consultant will be able to provide you with a number of management reports identifying trends and assisting with decision making. Once set-up, you can use the system even if you choose to no longer use our services.

As if all this isn’t enough, you also benefit from reduced rates for any support you need on top of your contracted hours and helpline support.

And how long do you need to commit to?  We require no commitment! As with our Peace of Mind Subscription service, all we ask is that you give 3 months notice should you decide we are no longer the service for you.
