As the name suggests, our Peace of Mind subscription is designed to give you the reassurance you need to handle your HR matters with confidence. You may be new to having employees, or you may have lots of employees but no HR team to advise you. Whatever the size of your business, our Peace of Mind subscription gives you all of the basic HR tools you need to stay out of trouble, choose the right employees and develop them properly.

We have three levels of subscription so you can choose the package and cost that suits your business best. See our table below to compare these at a glance.

At essentials level you have access to our document library – so you have the basic HR documents to hand and can rest assured that they’re always up-to-date and compliant with the law – and unlimited (yes, you read that correctly) telephone support Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. From a quick query to a complicated issue we’ll advise you on the best course of action at no extra cost.

Our standard level gives you all of the above, but also includes us setting up your new employee paperwork and giving you a basic people insight, saving you a lot of time. We will also add your job vacancies to our website if you wish.

At the advanced level you get everything from the standard level, as well as an advanced people insight, plus one hour of management training each month. And if you have any job vacancies we will advertise them on both our website and our social media platforms.

With each of these subscriptions we offer a discounted rate on site visits and document writing should you need it. We also make sure we notify you of changes to the law, and let you know when we’ve updated documents to reflect these changes so that you can update your files.
