Wellbeing in the workplace is a big topic, and with stress-related illnesses making up 49% of workplace absence, it’s easy to see why. But how do you go about looking after the wellbeing of employees in an organisation?

This workshop will tell you the signs to look out for to spot stress or poor mental health in employees, how to approach someone who may be suffering, and how you can help to tackle the issue. It will also look at how to create an open environment where employees aren’t uncomfortable talking about issues they are facing. We’ll also discuss absence management, for both long- and short-term sickness.
