Courageous conversations are the ones we know we need to have but avoid as we worry they may be awkward, embarrassing or cause conflict.

All too often people avoid crucial conversations as they are worried about potential conflict or perhaps even upsetting someone. However, often avoiding the conversation only makes the situation worse. In this workshop delegates learn how to plan and carry out these conversations so that they are effective for both parties.

Our tutor, Emma Wynne, has worked in HR for 20 years and has seen the consequences of avoided conversations in some many different situations. Her firm belief is that the conversation needs to be had, but that it needs to be planned and thought through to avoid fallout. She has been delivering courses on this in organisations for the last 10 years and looks forward to sharing her knowledge with you.
