Feedback is so important in order for people to continually develop and improve their performance and abilities. Without this people could continue working in the same way for years assuming that they are doing a great job as no one has offered any feedback. Similarly, if someone does not know that they are doing a great job and why, then they may lose motivation and change how they work.

Giving feedback is a crucial skill for anyone with responsibilities at work for managing performance, such as team leaders, supervisors and managers. However, many people avoid giving feedback as they are not sure how to do it and are sometimes worried about people’s reactions.

In this workshop delegates learn how to give both positive and constructive feedback to others for it to be most effective. We also cover how to take feedback and make the most of it.
