Join us to find out more about neurodiversity and all the benefits it can bring to your organisation.

Join us to find out more about neurodiversity in the workplace, and how to ensure that your organisation is providing an inclusive environment to allow neurodiverse team members bring their best versions to work.

Neurodiversity is a viewpoint that brain differences are normal and essential for successful organisations. Neurodivergent people experience, interact with, and interpret the world in unique ways. Recognised neurodivergent conditions include ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyscalculia and Tourette’s amongst others.

Neurodiverse team members can bring so much to organisations and this session will highlight why and how!

The session will be led by Hayley Brackley, who in 2020, was nominated for an ITV National Diversity Award, under the category of Positive Role Model, this followed both work with individuals who considered themselves to be from a minority group, and Hayley embracing being herself – Hayley has ADHD and Dyslexia and will often be found sharing her story to help others to do the same.

In addition to hearing Hayley’s story, delegates at this event will gain an understanding of the benefits that a neurodiverse workforce can bring to their organisation and will have the opportunity to consider neurodiversity in all areas of employing people (from recruitment through to development) and look at how each area can be made more inclusive.

Tickets are available via Eventbrite and cost just £24.

50% of any profit for this event will go to our Charity of the Year, Service Six.
