Our adhoc / short-term HR service is ideal for those looking for a short-term HR solution, or to address a specific need, including:

  • Advice relating to employee issues, such as maternity, long-term sickness and employee misconduct

  • Advice relating to planned changes in an employee’s terms and conditions of employment

  • Guidance needed as a result of a grievance

  • Cover needed as a result of maternity or sick leave within your own HR department

  • Specific employee related documents produced, for example contracts of employment, policies and letters

Support can be provided over the telephone, by email, via an online meeting or even on-site.  Our team are here to support you in the most effective way possible.

Unless otherwise agreed, work is invoiced at an hourly rate of £120 + VAT per hour, which is billed in 15 minute increments.  We don’t ask you to buy blocks of time in advance, so you can think of this almost like a ‘pay-as-you-go’ service.  If you only need half an hour of advice, that’s all you pay for.

Alternatively, we can discuss your needs and provide you with a quote for the support you need so you know exactly how much you will be paying.
