Guest speakers

Graham Irons – Partner Howes Percival, Employment Law

Graham provides advice to clients in both the private and public sectors and has been recognised in the Legal 500 as being “very responsive”, having “a deep knowledge of UK employment law” and providing “practical and creative advice”.  He is a regular speaker at a range of events and has a reputation for delivering fun and practical seminars and training.

In his session he will be sharing some of the cases and trends their employment team have seen in 2021 and what he thinks 2022 will hold for employers.

Paul McGregor – Everymind at Work

After losing his beloved Dad to suicide 10 years ago, Paul has dedicated his life work to revolutionise mental health in the workplace.  We have known Paul for a few years now and super proud to be working alongside Everymind with our Mental Health Champions network.  We also provide the Everymind App to our team and highly recommend it to others.

In Paul’s session he will share his story and how he continues to work to remove workplace stigma in relation to mental health.

Jonathan Broom-Edwards – Paralympian, Public Speaker, Ambassador and Therapist

Fresh from his gold medal winning Paralympian victory in September this year, Jonathan will be joining us to share his experience and learnings that enabled him to achieve this incredible feat.

His story is even more remarkable considering he only returned to competing in 2019, following a potentially career ending injury in 2018 when he fully ruptured the Achilles tendon in his talipes leg.
