2019 – what’s is in store?

Posted on 2nd January 2019

Welcome back all. I do hope you had a wonderful Christmas and are full of excitement and hope for the New Year?

You’ll be glad to read that this is not going to be a blog about New Year’s Resolutions. Personally I don’t believe in them. I think you can decide to make changes at any time; it’s making the change that’s the tricky bit! You’ll also see in next week’s blog how Ashley has made his incredible transformation, and that had nothing to do with New Year.

This blog is my thoughts on what 2019 might hold and what we are hoping for. Needless to say 2019 will be an interesting year as Brexit eventually happens. That is all I am going to say on that one – thank goodness. No doubt the uncertainty will be replaced by something else but at least it will be done (hopefully)!

Our wonderful Marketing Manager Clare goes on maternity leave later this month, so a very exciting time for her and of course us, as we love a baby cuddle. As a team this means we are managing the marketing between us so apologies now if any blogs are late or social media not as perfect as normal; we’ll do our best.

The biggest development for us will be our training courses in our new training suite that start this month. This is such a big development for us and one that I am hugely excited about. Being able to offer our courses to all is something I have wanted to do for a long time and I look forward to welcoming lots of people and seeing them develop.

We also hope to expand the HR team this year, to keep up with demand from our ever growing client base. I am really hoping it can perhaps be a development/entry level role so we can continue to grow our own and add to the profession – so watch this space.

And finally… as of 2nd January we also have a base in London so will be adding to our list of London clients; exciting times!

So here is to another exciting year and I hope you join us at one of our events soon. Click here to see the full calendar.
