














Following on from Emma completing her MA in HRM in 2010, her passion and interest in employee engagement has continued. We are hoping to work more with organisations of all sizes on engagement with their teams to deliver the incredible benefits for business in terms of improved customer service, increased innovation, reduced costs and increased profits.
We worked with a local company in early 2011 looking at why teams in the business felt “demotivated” - the senior management team knew that there was something wrong but could not put their finger on it. We met with employees from all departments to discuss their concerns and then worked with them over a period to build a picture of what was causing the low morale in the business. We were then able to turn this into a workshop for managers on how to motivate their teams.
