The decision as to which level of membership would suit you is discussed between you and one of our HR team, but will depend on what you want from your HR provision, the size and type of organisation and also your current level of HR processes/practices in place.

This level is chosen by: clients who have progressed from the Advisor package as they need a more detailed service; those who come to us having had some HR input before; or those who simply need this service due to the size of complexity of their workforce.

The HR Manager level moves the organisation on in terms of putting in place systems and processes for people management such as new starter and leaver processes. This level also works with your organisation to put in to practice processes that will have been outlined in the handbook such as developing an appraisal process and managing attendance.

means dealing with issues as they arise and advising on people management when needed such as managing maternity, performance management and recruitment.

This service is delivered by a HR consultant who would be at least part qualified with the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and with experience in operational HR. Where possible we will allocate an adviser with experience in the client's sector, though we cannot always guarantee this.

The same consultant works with you every month, so that they really get to know your business and your people, building relationships of trust with both managers and employees. To maximise the effectiveness of this relationship, as far as possible we prefer to deliver the service on site for our clients.
