Gateway HR Charity Partner
Gateway HR prides itself on doing everything ethically and we all have a passion for making sure our clients have peace of mind when it comes to managing people and looking after all the awkward and tricky legal stuff, which could – if not done correctly – get companies into trouble. This includes charity and third sector organisations.
However, we also understand that with all the areas that charities need to cover, HR support it not always financially viable, and sometimes drops to the bottom of the to do list. That is why at Gateway HR we choose up to two charities per year to support, by providing free HR advice, including management development and training where required.
In 2017 we are supporting a two charities, The Lowdown and Launchpad:
The Lowdown is a counselling service, based in Northampton, offering a free and confidential drop in service to children and young adults (aged 12 to 25) in distress or experiencing crisis.
Launchpad is a charity based in Hull, which provides trampolining coaching for all, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, or those with disabilities.
Later this year we will start looking for charities to support in 2018. If you are a charity, and would like to apply to be one of our supported charities in 2018, then please email Clare Hargrave – firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
In 2016 we supported the following charities:
IPSEA (Independent Parental Special Education Advice), who help get the right education for children and young people with all kinds of special educational needs (SEN) and disabilities;
Touchstone Support, who provide mental health and wellbeing services.
