The decision as to which level of membership would suit you is discussed between you and one of our HR team, but will depend on what you want from your HR provision, the size and type of organisation and also your current level of HR processes/practices in place.

This level is where a lot of our clients start, and is often suitable for the first time there will be any dedicated HR provision in the organisation, as opposed to it being part of someone else's role (often an office manager or finance manager).

Your consultant works with you, initially putting in to place all the things you need to ensure compliance including areas such as a comprehensive handbook, contracts of employment and personnel files.

Once this has been completed the consultant then continues to work with you on an ongoing basis on the more “operational” aspects of HR - which means dealing with issues as they arise

This service is delivered by a HR consultant who would be at least part qualified with the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and with experience in operational HR. Where possible we will allocate an adviser with experience in the client's sector, though we cannot always guarantee this.

The same consultant works with you every month, so that they really get to know your business and your people, building relationships of trust with both managers and employees. To maximise the effectiveness of this relationship, as far as possible we prefer to deliver the service on site for our clients.
